Slinky
About Slinky:
Slinky has always been interested in music and grew up listening to an
array of bands and artists, such as Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Rolling
Stones, Pink Floyd and David Bowie. Slinky was ‘forced’ into photography when she started college, as she had to do an extra subject. She thought it would be good for a doss. But against her will, actually started to enjoy it. Although Slinky didn’t quite finish college (far from it!) she still kept up with her interest of photography and since a few of her friends were in bands, she started taking pictures of them at gigs.
Now Slinky has finally worked out how to use her Dad’s camera, she has since started to take photos with The Fly Wessex and has done a couple of promo shoots for local bands. She would like to continue with photography, taking pictures of both bands and other random shots and one day hopes to buy a fancy camera of her own.
