“Highlands and Islands tour”

The Bees are back. Isle of Wight’s finest return to the live circuit in May before the release of their third album in the summer. The band made their first (mercury nominated) album (Sunshine Hit Me) in their shed and their second (Free The Bees) in Abbey Road. 'Chicken Payback' from Free The Bees is currently featured on the high profile Sure World Cup TV ad. Their new record (Octopus) is being recorded in their new basement studio on the Isle of Wight.

The band will play a few small shows to road-test the new album tracks, ahead of bigger dates
in the autumn. Bee Aaron Fletcher says “We’re really excited to get back out there again. We’re particularly excited about the Scottish dates, we’ve always loved playing up there, the crowds are amazing
